Principle of reasonable application of the norms of law

Principle of reasonable application of the norms of law should be applied in all law branches. The origin of the principle relates to common law system, especially regarding equity doctrine.

The core of the principle is as follows: institutions and courts, in applying the norms of law, shall use the basic methods of the interpretation of the norms of law (grammatical, systemic, historical and teleological methods) in order to achieve the most equitable and useful result.
